Each Day Festival Attendees begin the day at the

Wednesday February 25
8:30 am Delegates enter the Kelowna Community THEATRE – get delegate swag bags & schedules
8:45 am Opening Ceremonies/ Keynote/Warmup
9:10 am Delegates depart for first workshop
9:30 – 10:50 Workshop #1
10:50 Move to Lunch in RCA Atrium
11:00 – 12:00 LUNCH –Delivered inside RCA Atrium
12:00 – 1:20 pm Workshop #2
1:20 pm Move to next workshop (snack will be provided)
1:40 – 3:00 pm Workshop #3
Dinner break (on your own)and technical rehearsals
6:00 pm Delegates enter Kelowna Community Theatre for evening performances
Thursday, February 26
8:30 am Delegates enter the KCT
8:45 am KEYNOTE #2, Morning Announcements & Warm-Up
9:10 am Delegates depart for first workshop of the day
9:30 – 10:50 Workshop #4
10:50 Move to Lunch in RCA Atrium
11:00 – 12:00 LUNCH – Delivered inside RCA Atrium
12:00 – 1:20 pm Workshop #5
1:20 pm Move to next workshop (snack will be provided)
1:40 – 3:00 pm Workshop #6
**Dinner break (on your own) and technical rehearsals
6:00 pm Delegates enter KELOWNA COMMUNITY THEATRE FOR EVENING PERFORMANCES
**8:00ish-9:15ish– Delegates exit KCT main building and enter Black Box Theatre (separate entrance) for the DANCE- Theme is “Masquerade” and students will be issued a ½ mask in their swag bag – no other masks will be allowed! Have fun wearing whatever you think works but know that the Black Box theatre will be VERY WARM INSIDE!
Friday, February 27
8:00 – 10:00 am Breakfast on your own, pack up
10:15-10:25 Last Hurrah – Kelowna Community Theatre
10:30 – 11:50 Workshop #7
12:00 – 2:00 Lunch on your own & INTENSIVE TECH REHEARSALS
12:00 – 12:25 ACTING/IMPROV MUSICAL THEATRE TECH
12:25 – 12:50 DANCE TECH
12:50-1:25 CHORAL TECH
1:25 – 1:50 AFFAIR of HONOR TECH
2:00 pm Delegates enter KCT for MATINEE SHOWCASE
